- Block of mozzarella cheese

Here is the idea.
Mix the falafel mix with water. (The ratio for our box was 4 parts mix, 3 parts water.) Let sit 1/2 hour. This makes it firm (relatively). Then, you're supposed to deep fry it in a few inches of oil (usually making little spheres). We fried it in about 1/2 inch, turning it into regular sandwich-size patties. We sliced the tomato, cucumber, and cheese to put on the sandwiches. It was good.
