Tastes just like it sounds!
1/2 avocado
1/2 package of tofu
1/2 tomato
3 tbs cream cheese
2 slices of bread - whole wheat is good
oil for frying
Fry tofu in frying pan until it's golden brown on each side. Meanwhile, mash avocado and remove pit and peel. Spread this on one slice of bread. Spread cream cheese on the other slice. Slice the tomato and place on bread. When the tofu is done, place that on top of the tomato. Form a sandwich. Eat.
Delicious and boyfriend approved.
